On today’s episode of Flavour: Alan pays a visit to the Cambridge Market and interviews stallholders Cam Cattle and Wild Country Organics, Matt realises his apron has straightjacket properties and confines himself to more ‘Clueless in the Kitchen’. Finally, Matt and Alan sample some more (and somewhat unusual) wild food!
As usual there’ll be the ‘What’s On Guide’ and some food inspired music tracks as a suitable garnish!
