True Stories Told Live is a simple idea. A bunch of people having a drink in a smallish venue, listening to other people telling true stories. It’s not comedy, though it’s allowed to be funny. It’s not educational, but you might learn something. It’s not musical, but they like to include the odd story-telling musician. You might even want to have a go at it yourself. It takes place every other month at the NCI Club on Holland Street in Cambridge and a familiar voice for many in Cambridge takes to that stage to compere it, Nick Barraclough.
Securing the future of Local Radio
Cambridge 105 Radio is the local broadcaster for the city and South Cambridgeshire.
Our brief is to give a voice to those sometimes excluded from traditional media. And the presenters you hear on air are all volunteers themselves who give up their time for free. We do it because we believe our perspective matters – because it might well be your perspective, too.
If everyone who listens to our shows, our podcasts, the businesses we feature, helps to pay for it, our future would be much more secure.
You can support Cambridge 105 Radio by giving monthly or by making a one-off contribution.
