Alex Inzani, from the South Cambridgeshire Ringing Group, is urging villagers to help the local Marsh Tit population by putting out some sunflower hearts, but high up near deciduous bushes where the birds will be safe from cats and Sparrowhawks. Alex is grateful for ringed and unringed sightings, reported to him. The more we can publicise the fate of these rare but charismatic little birds, the more likely our children & grandchildren will be likely to enjoy them too.
Securing the future of Local Radio
Cambridge 105 Radio is the local broadcaster for the city and South Cambridgeshire.
Our brief is to give a voice to those sometimes excluded from traditional media. And the presenters you hear on air are all volunteers themselves who give up their time for free. We do it because we believe our perspective matters – because it might well be your perspective, too.
If everyone who listens to our shows, our podcasts, the businesses we feature, helps to pay for it, our future would be much more secure.
You can support Cambridge 105 Radio by giving monthly or by making a one-off contribution.
