Library Late

Thursday June 18

A very different kind of ‘late night spent in the library’ soon to take place at Cambridge’s landmark University Library.

On Thursday 18 June, they’ll be hosting a Library Late. Visitors will find a cocktail bar and a DJ (DJ Bosslady), along with a wealth of fun activities including creative workshops, board games, readings and performances, all themed around the Library’s current public exhibition, Living Water: Poetry, Art and the fight for Clean Rivers.

It will be a fun, relaxed and unusual night out, with an opportunity to visit a fascinating exhibition of never-before-shown work from writers and artists including Seamus Heaney. And, of course, as one of the few times they’re fully open to the public, it’s also a chance to explore an iconic University of Cambridge building.
