Beer Festival glasses will raise funds for Cambridge Samaritans

Cambridge Samaritans has been named charity partner for this year’s Cambridge Beer Festival.

The event takes place on Jesus Green from tonight.

The charity hopes to raise funds and awareness by collecting 5,000 festival glasses across the week.

Each returned glass is worth £4, with Cambridge Samaritans saying one donated glass could help answer 2 calls for support.
