Review proposes Cambridgeshire bus franchising is introduced in stages

Bus franchising is coming to Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. A review commissioned by Mayor Paul Bristow has recommended a phased introduction from 2027, with routes brought into the new system in stages rather than all at once. The Mayor’s told Julian Clover on Cambridge Radio the phased approach will protect the taxpayer.
