The Business of Cambridge: Digital Strategy 2020

We’ve moved on from the days when the question was, “Does my business need a website?” Now we think more about where we focus our attention, how to get the different strands, channels and content working together to get results for your business.

So does the website offer a blog, ecommerce or video content? Will it work on mobile? Should you be growing a community on social media, in which case which platforms? Who’s going to keep all this updated – and how do you know if it’s working?

Matt Burman, Artistic Director at Cambridge Junction breaks off from 30th anniversary celebrations to explain how web and social media activity has become a crucial way for live music venues to connect with their audience, while James Cotton from digital agency Onespacemedia tells us what’s coming next.

Sue Keogh Presents.

A TDC Production for Cambridge 105 Radio.

Securing the future of Local Radio

Cambridge 105 Radio is the local broadcaster for the city and South Cambridgeshire.

Our brief is to give a voice to those sometimes excluded from traditional media. And the presenters you hear on air are all volunteers themselves who give up their time for free. We do it because we believe our perspective matters – because it might well be your perspective, too.

If everyone who listens to our shows, our podcasts, the businesses we feature, helps to pay for it, our future would be much more secure.

You can support Cambridge 105 Radio by giving monthly or by making a one-off contribution.
