The Polish Waves team present interviews with Marek Koscikiewicz, the leader of the legendary group De Mono, and Michal Karpacki, the band's new vocalist. Also in the show, a summary of the Grand Orchestra of Christmas Charity event from last Sunday, and lots of good music. Programme Website

The guest in the record club this week is Chris McGranaghan, owner of Those Old Records and the TOR record label based in Rugeley, Staffordshire. Chris is a big reggae and jazz fan but is always looking for new sounds and music that challenges. Chris started the straight to vinyl TOR record label in 2012 and so far has released albums, EPs and singles from the likes of Peter Parker 's Rock n roll club, Sarah Gillespie, The Madeline Rust, Spell and John Williams Programme Website
