This programme is about Time to Change, the national anti-stigma campaign.

The programme will feature an interview with the Manager of Lifecraft, Andrew Deller and also Irwin Margolis talking about the Time to Change project which Lifecraft had been awarded funds to carry out.

Also on the show we will be talking about the impact that Christmas can have on people’s mental health and we will give suggestions about how you can help yourself to get through the festive season.

There will be music by Keltrix, poetry by Freeman Freebyrd and Jade Rivers, Dean Armstrong with a short story and Nancy Hogg will be reviewing the film As Good As It Gets, directed by James L Brooks. Programme Website
