Flavour 28/04/2012

Matt interviews local cook, writer and blogger Ivana Gresham, Alan chats to Clara Paul of the ‘Books for Cooks‘ shop to find out about the latest culinary releases. We speak to Rob Birch of ‘The Milly Card‘ scheme; promoting the independent seller on Mill Road, 105 Breakfast presenter Neil Whiteside guests on this edition of Flavour, and pays a visit to Cambridge’s newest restaurant ‘Las Iguanas‘ and Alan speaks to Luke Webster on the science of wine tasting

All this, our regular Newspaper review of the latest food articles and some choice food-related tracks (however tenuous). For more variety to your lunch, just add Flavour!

Securing the future of Community Radio

Cambridge Radio is the Community broadcaster for Cambridge and South Cambs.

Our brief is to give a voice to those sometimes excluded from traditional media. And the presenters you hear on air are all volunteers themselves who give up their time for free. We do it because we believe our perspective matters – because it might well be your perspective, too.

If everyone who listens to our shows, our podcasts, the businesses we feature, helps to pay for it, our future would be much more secure.

You can support Cambridge Radio by giving monthly or by making a one-off contribution.
