In this Cambridge 105 special, we hear from those who’ve received support at local services – plus people that work in the mental health profession to support others along their recovery journey. The show also looks at the stigma attached to mental health.

Cambridge 105 Radio is the Community broadcaster for the city and South Cambridgeshire.

Our brief is to give a voice to those sometimes excluded from traditional media. And the presenters you hear on air are all volunteers themselves who give up their time for free. We do it because we believe our perspective matters – because it might well be your perspective, too.
