Ian Daborn is joining Cambridge 105, taking over the Saturday Breakfast show, starting October 5th.
Growing up in Harrow he made his radio debut in the town at the age of 17 on Radio Northwick Park. He stayed there for 10 years before moving across a number of commercial and community radio stations in the south and east. Since 2007 Ian has been a regular on Biggles FM in Biggleswade.
Ian says he likes to keep the show conversational, chatting with the listeners, and keeping the show light-hearted. “I want to make the show as interactive as possible, by using Cambridge 105’s social media, text and emails. Hopefully the listeners will be up and about and ready to tell me what they’re up to on a Saturday morning”.
Most of all Ian promises to play some really good music, great current stuff, plus lots of old favourites.
