Matt interviews a collection of traders from the recent Town & Country fair that took place on Parkers Piece, and interviews Peter Voshol of ‘Loaf for Life’ bakery to understand how a true loaf of bread should taste! Expect music, studio banter, most likely an awful pun or two… but much love to food and the medium of radio!
