With lettuce seeds at the ready Dave Fox heads to the Trumpington allotments with Flavour as they look ahead to some autumn planting. Meanwhile Cambridge-based companies Agrumia & Olioitalia introduce Alan Alder to some of their finest wines and olive oils from Italy and Sicily. Presented by Matt Bentman and Rosie Applin.

Cambridge 105 Radio is the Community broadcaster for the city and South Cambridgeshire.

Our brief is to give a voice to those sometimes excluded from traditional media. And the presenters you hear on air are all volunteers themselves who give up their time for free. We do it because we believe our perspective matters – because it might well be your perspective, too.
