Mark Poynton talks about his plans for his new restaurant with rooms and the sort of food he’ll be cooking. We hear from the food traders on Cambridge market about how they’ve survived lockdown and what life on the market is like now. Monica Askay talks about the research that’s been done on the orchards of eastern England and we have a report from the 2020 Oxford Food Symposium. Our brief is to give a voice to those sometimes excluded from traditional media. And the presenters you hear on air are all volunteers themselves who give up their time for free. We do it because we believe our perspective matters – because it might well be your perspective, too.
