This week we hear about the Pint Shop’s new venture, producing its very own beer, as well as the three events it’s promoting at this year’s Eat Cambridge Festival. Radmore Farmshop (pictured) is also at Eat Cambridge, we hear more. Did you know there is a library in the middle of Cambridge’s Botanic Garden? In it are books for the growers of fruit and vegetables dating from the 16th century. What do they reveal? Librarian Jenny Sargent uncovers their secrets. Our resident expert Tine Roche from the Cambridge Cookery School will be reviewing some new kitchen equipment, and Alice Archer from Cambridge Wine Merchants will be guiding us through wines.
