Flavour: Supper Clubs

Supper Clubs; what makes them tick, what makes them trendy? Find out the incredible amount of work goes into them as we interview some of the city’s supper club organisers. Braizing Saddles bring their brand of braised tacos to Cambridge’s street food scene. Nazima Pathan from Franglais Kitchen talks about seasonal foods and recipes for autumn. If you like quirky little cafés hidden down secret passageways that only wizards can find, check out our feature on the Indigo café. It may be small, but the coffee is huge! And wine aficionado Tom Lewis begins a new feature; Great wine regions of the world.

Presented by Matt Bentman, Alan Alder and Ruth Reyes.

Securing the future of Community Radio

Cambridge Radio is the Community broadcaster for Cambridge and South Cambs.

Our brief is to give a voice to those sometimes excluded from traditional media. And the presenters you hear on air are all volunteers themselves who give up their time for free. We do it because we believe our perspective matters – because it might well be your perspective, too.

If everyone who listens to our shows, our podcasts, the businesses we feature, helps to pay for it, our future would be much more secure.

You can support Cambridge Radio by giving monthly or by making a one-off contribution.
