Sourcing high-quality food is a theme this week. We speak with Truffleface who is supplying Cambridge with the rare fungal delicacy, and also to Nazima Pathan whose Cambridge Food Collective is about to open with more than 500 high-quality locally-sourced foods. We hear about good but misshapen vegetables being turned into WOUP soup and get growing advice from Dave Fox from Trumpington Allotments. We also visit a local restaurant that’s under new ownership, and a hot food outlet on the market. Presented by Alan Alder.
