Music in the Parks
Sunday June 21
The series begins at Romsey Rec on Sunday 21st June as Waterbeach Brass Band take to the stage.
Established in 1978 Waterbeach Brass quickly became one of Cambridge’s premier brass bands. They’ve been entertaining crowds all over the UK since, being a popular band on the Music in the Parks line up for several years.
People are encouraged to pack a picnic, grab a blanket and bring a chair to enjoy an afternoon of free music as Cambridge’s open spaces once again are filled with symphonies, songs and sound. A small number of chairs are available, if you’re not able to bring your own. Portable toilets are available on-site. Please ask a steward on-site if you need assistance.
Delicious refreshments will be available to buy from NapolEat Pizza and Cambridge favourite, Jack’s Gelato!
What’s Ons are broadcast across the day at 7.50, 10.30, 1.30 and 4.30, and at weekends.
