Throughout December on Cambridge Breakfast we’re running a Christmas competition, raising money to support Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust.
ACT is raising money to give hampers to Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust staff, to say thank you for all their exceptional work throughout the past year. They’re also working on a ‘virtual gift list’ which will help every child in hospital this Christmas receive a gift, but it could also go towards support beyond the festive period, such as therapeutic play to help children feel calmer, or toys to reward the children after they have been brave.
Each morning we will ask you a Question (Question!) and for every correct answer we receive, we’ll make a donation to the Campaign, all thanks to the lovely people at CityFibre and the Cambridge Rotary Club.
And everyone who takes part goes into a draw to win an extra special Christmas hamper as our gift to you.
The competition began on Wednesday 1 December and runs until Wednesday 22 December on Cambridge Breakfast, Monday to Friday, 7am – 9.30am.
