Cambridge 105 will be out and about in the city this Friday (November 15th), broadcasting live, and raising money for Children in Need.
We’ll be at a series of locations across Cambridge, where local musicians will be playing live in return for your cash.
You’ll hear performances from Music and Spies, Shaun Colwill, Shelby Hannah, Tom Roddis, Jon Dale and Tilly Dalglish.
They’ll be joined by Cambridge 105 presenters that include Tim Willett, Lottie Booth, Julian Clover, Linda Ness, Becky Marcus, Matt Webb, Leigh Last and Phil Rowe.
105 Breakfast starts the ball rolling at 7am when Tim & Lottie will be selling off segments of the programme and letting the listener call the shots. Tune in from Monday to reserve your slot.
From 10am our outside broadcast van Flossie will be on Sidney Street (outside Boots), moving to Fitzroy Street (outside Little Waitrose) at 1pm and Sainsbury’s, Coldhams Lane from 5pm.
Last year Cambridge 105 contributed £1,650 to Children in Need, more than double the station’s target. This year we’re going for a modest target of £1,250.
