The coronavirus pandemic has not only changed the way we live – it’s also had a huge impact on the way we work. It has been a particularly challenging time for small businesses and sole traders, with the vast majority being negatively affected by the pandemic. Adam Micklethwaite, Director of Digital Social Inclusion, Good Things Foundation, tells Julian some businesses won’t survive unless they move all or parts of it online.
