In this edition of Flavour we speak to Clara Paul of Books for Cooks in Notting Hill. Clara is something of a regular to the programme, reviewing the latest cook books and will be talking about the release of her own.
We visit The Olive Grove in Regent Street, Aoife Maxwell designs a new cocktail, Gigi Perry from Pembroke College will be talking about the Cambridge student food and drink societies, and Cambridge Wine Blogger Tom Lewis pops in towards the end of the show with his choices of wines for Valentines day!
Finally we’ll have our roundup of local food & drink news, including pop up restaurants, supper clubs (these two really are all the rage at the moment) and other forthcoming events.
