Alex Elbro and Amy Gray host a new sports show following our women’s football teams, local sports clubs and athletes, as well as grassroots opportunities for girls and ways to stay active in Cambridge. In this edition, Alex and Amy talk to Darren Messenger, head coach of the women’s team at Shelford Rugby Club, and Izzy MacDonald-Parry, ladies club captain at Cambridge South Hockey Club.
