In this edition we meet Professor Melody Clark, a project leader at British Antarctic Survey, who won the senior prize for outstanding women in marine biological sciences; Kelly Molson keen to encourage more women into tech and also to support other female agency owners; and Sarah Glover was so shocked by what she saw in India of girls and women forced into prostitution that she set up a charity to teach them to become manicurists. Our brief is to give a voice to those sometimes excluded from traditional media. And the presenters you hear on air are all volunteers themselves who give up their time for free. We do it because we believe our perspective matters – because it might well be your perspective, too.
