On board with the HGV designed to catch drivers on their mobiles

Cambridgeshire Police have a new weapon in their fight against crime. An HGV provides a vantage point for officers to look down into cars and lorries to catch drivers using their mobile phones behind the wheel. Lawrence Micallef went to find out more.
