Ultimate outdoor girl and TV presenter Julia Bradbury joined Suzie Thorpe on the phone, along with Simon Pickering from Cambridge charity Wintercomfort as they are launching their Christmas Appeal this week. Sean was also at the studio and spoke about his own experience too. Julia is a staunch supporter of The Big Issue and the plight of the homeless.

Securing the future of Community Radio

Cambridge 105 Radio is the Community broadcaster for the city and South Cambridgeshire.

Our brief is to give a voice to those sometimes excluded from traditional media. And the presenters you hear on air are all volunteers themselves who give up their time for free. We do it because we believe our perspective matters – because it might well be your perspective, too.

If everyone who listens to our shows, our podcasts, the businesses we feature, helps to pay for it, our future would be much more secure.
