There was double success for Cambridge University’s rugby teams in last year’s Varsity matches at Twickenham. Captain Lara Gibson joined Suzie and explained how her team were determined to quash their defeat in 2016 by producing a sterling, well-honed performance to achieve a 24-0 win against Oxford through sheer focus, dedication and commitment.

Cambridge 105 Radio is the Community broadcaster for the city and South Cambridgeshire.

Our brief is to give a voice to those sometimes excluded from traditional media. And the presenters you hear on air are all volunteers themselves who give up their time for free. We do it because we believe our perspective matters – because it might well be your perspective, too.
