In the lead up to International Men’s Day on Friday 19 November, Matt hears from one of the UK coordinators of the day Mark Brooks OBE about what’s happening this year and how local organisations can get involved. Matt also speaks to Gary Clarke (10:12) from Andy’s Man Club about the charity which supports men with mental ill health who are looking to set up a local group in Cambridge.
