Camfed, also known as the Campaign for Female Education, is an international non-profit organisation that support girls in rural Africa to attend and succeed in school, and become leaders in their communities.
Camfed’s UK office is based here in Cambridge, but their award-winning programs operate in Zimbabwe, Zambia, Ghana, Tanzania, and Malawi.
Camfed want to end child marriage in those countries through education, with young women graduates leading the movement in their local schools and communities.
