New Music Generator: The Willows

Tim Willett presents music from Joseph Peacock, Kara Lumley, Conrad Ash, Calum Foad, Careless Sons, Young Son and Derecho Defused. Making a welcome return to the Cambridge 105 studio are Jade and Cliff Ward from folk band The Willows who pop in for a catch up and to feature some tracks from the bands latest album release ‘Amidst Fiery Skies’. The Unsigned Chart experiences a record week of voting with two records smashed as Pia Dean & Nikki Dine-Hart stay at #1 and there’s a preview of the weekends festivities at AlexFest.

Cambridge 105 Radio is the Community broadcaster for the city and South Cambridgeshire.

Our brief is to give a voice to those sometimes excluded from traditional media. And the presenters you hear on air are all volunteers themselves who give up their time for free. We do it because we believe our perspective matters – because it might well be your perspective, too.
