When the second national lockdown hit, many local footballers, past and present, were at a loose end. So, Ollie Slack set up a video call with a number of them to reflect on their lives in football, including their earliest memories, untold stories and magical moments.

This episode sees St Ives Town Ladies’ Ruth Fox talk about her love for the game from a young age, her experience on BT Sport’s women’s football show Ultimate Goal and how football helped her personal mental health battle.
