When the second national lockdown hit, many local footballers, past and present, were at a loose end. So, Ollie Slack set up a video call with a number of them to reflect on their lives in football, including their earliest memories, untold stories and magical moments.

This episode sees former-Cambridge United double-winning captain and City defender Ian Miller talk to Ollie about his journey to becoming a pro, what it takes to be a strong leader and how his time with the U’s came to an end.

Our brief is to give a voice to those sometimes excluded from traditional media. And the presenters you hear on air are all volunteers themselves who give up their time for free. We do it because we believe our perspective matters – because it might well be your perspective, too.
