Day 23 and all but one of the Premier League clubs have now been ticked off.
Prior to the play off win Jez had visited Crystal Palace and Fulham accompanied by members of the Cambridge University Varsity team (who had varsity game wins at both of these stadiums in the past).
Today Jez finished London with Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United before setting off on the last 4 days which will see him arrive in Norwich on Friday to finish the walk at Carrow Road (ironically no longer a Premier League ground!).
Jez was greeted at Spurs by Gary Mabbutt MBE (pictured left) who made close to 500 appearances for the North London team and also won 21 England caps.
As the walk draws to a close Jez has urged fans to make one final push to donate and asked those fans who came to Wembley yesterday to make one final foray into pockets, purses and wallets to really try and push the total above 100k.
The club is asking for donations to be made through its Just Giving page.
