Ian meets Anglia Ruskin Lecturer Sarah Gibson-Yates and hears how she and her husband took a gamble over the summer by ditching their plan to build an extension on their home. Instead they invested their hard-earned savings in a motorhome, crossed the Channel and embarked on a six-week road trip around France with their two young sons.
