Mandy’s Garden Shed takes to the road for the Summer and this Saturday Mandy and Nicola offer you a day out in the spectacular gardens and woods of the village of Portmeirion. They explore the history, the wonderful array of trees and shrubs and the celebrities who have made the village of Portmeirion their own personal playground from the 1930s to the present day. There will also be an update on the allotment, as the weeds fight back and the vegetables ripen.

Cambridge 105 Radio is the Community broadcaster for the city and South Cambridgeshire.

Our brief is to give a voice to those sometimes excluded from traditional media. And the presenters you hear on air are all volunteers themselves who give up their time for free. We do it because we believe our perspective matters – because it might well be your perspective, too.
