From the Terraces: Row Z: U’s heading to Harrogate, City get first win, Histon target four in a row

Daniel Baker and Scotty McGeorge review the latest football news and look ahead to the weekend action. Cambridge United are taking on Harrogate Town in a game where both sides need points for different reasons and the U’s will look to extend their unbeaten run to 15. Neil Harris and Dom Ball also tell us how preparations are going plus there’s analysis of their deadline day business. Elsewhere, Cambridge City picked up their first win of 2026 against March Town in the cup in midweek, but can they finally get off the mark in the league this year when they travel to Gorleston? Mickey Spillane and Freddie Hockey join us ahead of a big week for the Lilywhites. Histon joint manager Matt Payne also previews his side’s home game with Hinckley as they look to make it four wins from four. Plus there’s also a feature on City Fest.

Securing the future of Community Radio

Cambridge Radio is the Community broadcaster for Cambridge and South Cambs.

Our brief is to give a voice to those sometimes excluded from traditional media. And the presenters you hear on air are all volunteers themselves who give up their time for free. We do it because we believe our perspective matters – because it might well be your perspective, too.

If everyone who listens to our shows, our podcasts, the businesses we feature, helps to pay for it, our future would be much more secure.

You can support Cambridge Radio by giving monthly or by making a one-off contribution.
