Flavour: Vanderlyle

Alex Rushmer is well known on the Cambridge food scene. He was a Masterchef finalist back in 2011 and ran the successful ‘Hole in the Wall’ pub in Little Wilbraham. He and his chef business partner Lawrence Butler are about to open Vanderlyle restaurant in Mill Road this week. Here is Alex, from a field near Cambridge, to tell us what’s going on.
