In this programme, titled Años de Soledad (Years of Solitude) Nicholas Mulroy and Ryan Corbett present songs from across the continents exploring and celebrating the experience of being alone, including responses by composers as wide-ranging as Astor Piazzolla, Lennon & McCartney and Franz Schubert. This collaboration showcases the unique sonority of the accordion and the expressive range of a musical partnership known for their compelling story-telling.
