FreeMusic in the Parks is back this June to September!
Enjoy a summer of free music in Cambridge’s beautiful parks on selected Sundays between June and September. All concerts are 3.00 pm-5.00 pm.
5 June – Jesus Green: ‘Platinum Jubilee Celebrations’ Cambridge Groove Orchestra and Swagger.
19 June – Cherry Hinton Hall: March Brass 2000
17 July – Dudley Road Rec: CSD Brass
7 August – Chesterton Rec: Cambridge Rock Choir plus support
21 August – Kings Hedges Rec: Waterbeach Brass
18 September – Jesus Green: Cambridge Jazz Festival presents Cubafrobeat and Cambridge Youth Jazz Orchestra
25 September – Graduate Cambridge Hotel Garden: City of Cambridge Brass Band, in association with Cambridge Graduate. (Please note only food and drink purchased at the venue can be consumed at this event)
The Music in the Parks series is sponsored by Graduate Cambridge and is presented in association with Cambridge Jazz Festival.
These free events are the perfect way to end your weekend on a high, while away a couple of hours on a lazy Sunday afternoon by packing up a picnic, grabbing a blanket and heading down to enjoy the music.
