Mods May Day Cambridge

£25.00Co-head-lining the festival celebrating the 45th anniversary of Mods Mayday (the all-dayer and the album) and the 1979 Mod Revival is Squire who were there from the start! They played the Mods Mayday all-dayer, appeared on the album and were an integral part of the Mod Revival (and beyond) releasing classics such as “Walking Down The Kings Road”, “It’s A Mod Mod World” and “My Mind Goes Round In Circles” featuring Kirsty MacColl on vocals.
Also co-head-lining is Chris Pope of The Chords with his version of the band, The Chords UK! He was also there from the start (1979) with The Chords who also played The Bridge House Pub, Canning Town, London regularly on the Mod Mondays. Labelmates with The Jam on Polydor Records, hit singles included “Something’s Missing” and “Maybe Tomorrow”. Other classics included the album “So Far Away” and single “The British way Of Life”.
Also performing at The Klllermeters, The Face and The Teazers.
