Cambridge Bonfire Night
Tuesday November 5
FreeThis beloved event, organised by Cambridge City Council and one of the largest free displays in the region, will take place on Midsummer Common on Saturday 5 November, sponsored once again this year by Illumina.
Regarded as the safest and best way to enjoy Firework Night, the event is one of the city’s longest running and best-loved traditions, when thousands fill Midsummer Common to watch as the night sky is transformed into a kaleidoscope of colour.
Creating the display is multi award-winning Pains Fireworks. Established in 1862 they are the oldest fireworks display company in the UK.
Large numbers of people are anticipated, allow plenty of time for your journey, arrive early and wherever possible walk, cycle, or use public transport. Additional Park & Ride services will be available for the evening. The display begins at 7pm.
Free but donations will help with the costs of running the event and keeping it free for all. – look out for official bucket collectors.
7:00 pm – 8:00 pm
