Ashwell At Home

£8.00 – £10.00Taking place from 11am-5pm, Ashwell at Home is an annual fund-raising event held in the village of Ashwell in North Herts, when this beautiful and historic village welcomes visitors from near and far for a whole day of entertainment.
From the treasures unearthed from the Saxon settlements to the stories of the great plague scratched into the church walls during the 12th century to the current vibrant arts and craft scene, including ancient basket weaving skills, medieval dance, walking talks, and several active potters and painters.
There will be lots to see and do including a wide range of open gardens of all types and sizes, free workshops for adults and children, live music and entertainment around the village, homemade refreshments, lunches and much more.
Entry to all activities is by wristband: £10 per adult (£8 in advance – online at www.ashwellathome.org.uk) Children free.
The event continues to be not-for-profit, with proceeds pumped back into the village to help enrich and support and preserve community spaces.
