The Hole in the Wall at Little Wilbraham was one of our best known restaurants. But despite being listed as one of the Top 100 in the country by The Sunday Times, it closed last year on the expiry of the lease. Julian Clover speaks to former owner Alex Rushmer about why he went public with his decision.
