Cambridge Open Studios: Iain Smith

For the first four weekends in July artists across Cambridge and Cambridgeshire are throwing open their doors to members of the public. One of those artists is local glassmaker Iain Smith, who is exhibiting alongside Lino-cut block printer Danielle Stretch at Iain’s home in Chesterton. Iain came into the Cambridge 105 studios to tell Neil Whiteside about his work.

Securing the future of Community Radio

Cambridge 105 Radio is the Community broadcaster for the city and South Cambridgeshire.

Our brief is to give a voice to those sometimes excluded from traditional media. And the presenters you hear on air are all volunteers themselves who give up their time for free. We do it because we believe our perspective matters – because it might well be your perspective, too.

If everyone who listens to our shows, our podcasts, the businesses we feature, helps to pay for it, our future would be much more secure.
