Up for review on today’s show are new releases 45 Years and Straight Outta Compton, two more contrasting films it would be tricky to find. Plus we continue our previews of the 35th Cambridge Film Festival (which begins on September 3rd) by talking to Alison Rose, director of Star*Men, the documentary that opens the festival, and to Robert Furmanek of 3D Archive, responsible for the restoration of the amazing 3D Rarities program screening over the Festival’s first weekend.
Toby Miller is host, joined this week by Simon West, Dave Riley, Edd Elliot and Jack Toye.
