Bums on Seats 22/12/12

Bums on SeatsThe last show of 2012 takes a deep breath and attempts to squeeze in cinema’s past 12 months by choosing its favourite films of the year. Six reviewers countdown the 12 films that Bums On Seats feels were the highlights of the year. Will bruising French drama battle off superheroes? How did Bela Tarr fare against Ted? Is there a place for the Dardenne’s, the Berberians, the Hobbitses, the many McConaugheys, the multiple Lavant’s or the Princess Of Mars?

Toby Miller is host, with reviewers Jenny Colley, Simon West, Jim Ross, Dave Riley, Mark Liversidge and Owen Baker on hand to voice their opinion of why each chosen film deserves to celebrated.

Securing the future of Community Radio

Cambridge Radio is the Community broadcaster for Cambridge and South Cambs.

Our brief is to give a voice to those sometimes excluded from traditional media. And the presenters you hear on air are all volunteers themselves who give up their time for free. We do it because we believe our perspective matters – because it might well be your perspective, too.

If everyone who listens to our shows, our podcasts, the businesses we feature, helps to pay for it, our future would be much more secure.

You can support Cambridge Radio by giving monthly or by making a one-off contribution.
