On the show today Mexican stylist Guillermo del Toro takes another hopeful swing at the mainstream with the robots vs monsters melee of Pacific Rim, whilst more creatures and beasts study hard for success in Pixar prequel Monsters Inc. We’ll also fall head over heels for a Spanish Snow White in bullfighting fairy tale Blancanieves, down 50 pints to meet the apocalypse in The World’s End, and witness the incredible 11 year girl at the centre of Saudi Arabian drama Wadjda.

Gavin Midgley is host, joined by reviewers Kim Boyd, Kevin Hilton, Jim Ross and Mark Liversidge.
