Plus there’s a double bill of articles looking forward to next week’s second Reel Women screening evening: Sarah McIntosh looks at the work of female cinema pioneer Alice Guy-Blaché and an interview with Kate Kinninmont, Chief Executive of Women In Film & TV UK, an organisation that, for the past 25 years, has been helping women into an industry that is still haplessly beset by gender inequality.

Cambridge 105 Radio is the Community broadcaster for the city and South Cambridgeshire.

Our brief is to give a voice to those sometimes excluded from traditional media. And the presenters you hear on air are all volunteers themselves who give up their time for free. We do it because we believe our perspective matters – because it might well be your perspective, too.
