The show this morning considers ARGO, Ben Affleck’s already highly praised mix of Hollywood satire and hostage drama, the award winning French melodrama RUST AND BONE, and THE SAPPHIRES, an Australian comedy about four aboriginal women who form a girl group in the late sixties. We’ll also preview the CAMBRIDGE AFRICAN FILM FESTIVAL with the second part of our interview with Dr Lindiwe Dovey, programmer for FILM AFRICA, who talks about the future shape of the African cinema, as well as looking at some of the films screenings as part of festival.
Jim Ross is host, with regular reviewers Emma Marchant, Catherine Kemp and Gavin Midgley
